Purposeful recruitment.
Jalani Media partnered with Shell Australia to produce content for their national recruitment campaign, with a focus on Indigenous recruitment. The imagery was created for campaign use across Australia and has since been added to Shell’s global image library.
We managed the project from concept through to delivery, sourcing talent from our First Nations database, coordinating wardrobe, and delivering a full-scale on-site shoot. Throughout production, we worked closely within Shell’s brand guidelines, thoughtfully incorporating brand colours, marketing requirements and considered negative space to ensure the imagery could be used seamlessly across multiple platforms.
This project reflects how we like to work. Creating strong visual outcomes for our clients while generating real opportunities for First Nations people and contributing to a circular economy within our communities.
